Ordering
This website currently accepts product and quotation enquiries only; online checkout has not been enabled. Orders are confirmed individually after we agree the specification, price and delivery arrangements.
Delivery
Delivery destinations, charges, lead times and packaging will be agreed for each accepted order until full delivery rates are published.
Personalisation & returns
Personalised products may have different cancellation rules from standard products, but statutory consumer rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply. Final terms need legal review.

When you send us a website enquiry, Together We Etch collects the name, email address and any additional contact or project details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and fulfil agreed orders; we do not add you to marketing lists simply because you contact us. The contact form uses Web3Forms (a third-party service) to process your submission and send a notification to togetherweetch@gmail.com, hosted by Google. Web3Forms states that form data can be retained for up to three years, or less if configured for the form, and may be processed outside the UK using appropriate safeguards. Read Web3Forms’ privacy policy. We keep enquiry emails only as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, business records and applicable legal obligations. For requests to access, correct or delete your information, email togetherweetch@gmail.com. Please do not send payment card details or sensitive personal information through the form.
