Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes. Tell us what you have in mind through the enquiry page, and we can discuss whether it's suitable for our current equipment and processes.
Do you do orders for clubs and businesses?
We already undertake personalised presentation projects and welcome enquiries about clubs, events and business products. Please include approximate quantities and any important dates.
Can I order from outside Cumbria?
UK-wide enquiries are welcome. Delivery options, packaging and charges will be confirmed for each quotation until our online store and shipping rates are finalised.
When will the new crystal and laser-cut products be available?
We're planning new CO₂ and UV ranges after our xTool X1 arrives and is commissioned, potentially in Q1 2027. Availability is not yet guaranteed.
Can I buy online now?
